6.0 BPAY Token Launch

The BPAY Token launch is a significant event in the growth and development of the BoundlessPay ecosystem. This launch enables early contributors to participate in the ecosystem's expansion by acquiring BPAY tokens, which will serve as the primary medium of exchange within the BoundlessPay platform.

Scheduled for Q2 2024, the token launch will be conducted on reputable cryptocurrency exchanges and launchpads, ensuring broad participation and access to contributors from various regions. During the launch, a total of 250 million BPAY tokens will be available for purchase, representing 25% of the total token supply. This provides early supporters and investors with an opportunity to hold a stake in the platform and reap the benefits of its future growth.

6.1 Purpose and Goals of the BPAY Launch

The purpose of the BPAY Token launch is to raise funds to support the development and expansion of the BoundlessPay network. The funds acquired will accelerate platform development, enhance features, and support marketing and user acquisition efforts. Additionally, the launch aims to foster a strong community of early contributors, supporters, and users to amplify the platform's network effect and drive adoption.

6.2 Token Launch Details and Timeline

The token launch will occur in Q2 2024, offering a total supply of 250 million tokens available for purchase. It will comprise multiple stages, including private and public sales. The private sale includes pre-seed, seed and KOL rounds, while the public sale welcomes all contributors on participating launchpads and exchanges, accepting payments in USDT and supported methods.

6.3 Token Distribution and Allocation

The total supply of BPAY tokens is set at 1 billion tokens, with 25% of the tokens allocated for the token launch, and the remaining 75% allocated for the team, rewards, marketing, treasury, community, and ecosystem development.

The token launch allocation of 250 million BPAY tokens will be distributed as follows:

• Pre-seed: 2% of the total tokens, or 20 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to the pre-seed participants.

• Seed: 3% of the total tokens, or 30 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to the private sale

• Private/Strategic Round: 7% of the total tokens, or 70 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to the private/Strategic Round

• KOL round: 5% of the total tokens, or 50 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to KOLs.

• Public sale: 8% of the total tokens, or 80 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to the public sale participants.

The team, community, and ecosystem development allocation of 770 million BPAY tokens will be distributed as follows:

• Team: 10% of the total tokens, or 100 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to the team.

• Rewards: 110% of the total tokens, or 110 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to the community.

• Ecosystem/Development/Marketing/Advisory: 34% of the total tokens, or 340 million BPAY tokens, will be allocated to the development of the BoundlessPay ecosystem.
